One of Ivan Reis's earliest art styles was what could be described as "old school." This was back when he was first starting out in the industry and was still finding his feet. His early work was heavily influenced by artists like Jack Kirby and Jim Lee. You can see this influence in the way he draws his characters' muscles and costumes. This style is also evident in the way he uses allot of lines and detailing in his work. Ivan Reis has been experimenting with a more modern art style. This can be seen in his work on the DC Comics series "Aquaman." This new style is more subdued than his previous work, making use of heavy shadows and dark colors to create a more moody atmosphere. This change in style reflects Ivan Reis's growth as an artist and shows that he is not afraid to experiment with new things.
